Acro (Dance & Gymnastics)

Recreational Acro (1st–3rd Grade) blends dance and gymnastics fundamentals in a fun, non-competitive setting. Dancers build strength, flexibility, and balance while learning acrobatic skills like cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, and handstands. Instructors focus on proper technique and safety progressions, so every dancer moves at a pace that’s right for them. Recreational Acro is a great way to build confidence, body awareness, and core strength. It is a great supplement to any style of dance training.
