Tap/Jazz Classes
We’ve got the beat! Instructors use imagery to teach fundamental tap steps in a fun way while reinforcing rhythm, counting and strength. Al Gilbert’s graded tap technique curriculum is used to teach and reinforce basic tap skills and terminology. Skills taught will be the foundation for subsequent dance training as dancers move up to higher levels. Jazz training will include more advanced technical skills which require strength and flexibility. Dancers will learn how to properly leap, turn and execute fun jazz choreography.
This class performs one tap dance and one jazz dance in the year-end recital.
DRESS CODE:
Girls: Plain black dancewear (i.e. leotard, dance tank, dance shorts or leggings), tan leather jazz shoes, tan tap shoes
Boys: Plain white or black t-shirt, athletic shorts (any color), socks, black tap and jazz shoes

1 Class per week
$70/mo (10 installments)
Tuition for one class per week is $700 per year plus a one-time Annual Registration Fee of $50 ($75 per family). Tuition is billed in 10 installments of $70 each, starting in September and ending in June.
2 Classes per week

Tuition for two classes per week is $1,400
per year plus a one time Annual Registration Fee of $50 ($75 per family). Tuition is billed in 10 installments of $140 each, starting in September and ending in June.
3 Classes per week
$210/mo (10 installments)
Tuition for three classes per week is $2,100
per year plus a one time Annual Registration Fee of $50 ($75 per family). Tuition is billed in 10 installments of $210 each, starting in September and ending in June.
4 Classes per week
$280/mo (10 installments)
Tuition for three classes per week is $2,800 per year plus a one time Annual Registration Fee of $50 ($75 per family). Tuition is billed in 10 installments of $280 each, starting in September and ending in June.
5 Classes per week
$350/mo (10 installments)
Tuition for one class per week is $3,500 per year plus a one-time Annual Registration Fee of $50 ($75 per family). Tuition is billed in 10 installments of $350 each, starting in September and ending in June.
6 Classes per week -10% discount
$378/mo (10 installments)
Tuition for two classes per week is $3,780 per year plus a one time Annual Registration Fee of $50 ($75 per family). Tuition is billed in 10 installments of $378 each, starting in September and ending in June.
